HI DE 78-82/58-63 Corn Syrup is a highly refined corn syrub that has been demineralized to contain low levels of salt and SO2. The enzymatic conversion of long chain dextrins into mono- and disaccharides gives the product a high concentration of fermentable sugars. This property, coupled with high sweetening power and lower viscosity, makes it an excellent syrup for baking, flavoring, and beverage applications.

Low DE 78-80/28-30 IX Corn Syrup is a highly refined low D.E. enzyme converted corn syrup that has been demineralized to contain low level of salts and SO2. Its low dextrose content yields minimal sweetness and low hygro-scopicity, making it ideal for spray drying, coating, and bulking applications. It also contributes to nutritive solids, body, mouthfeel, and crystallization control in many applications such as dairy, ice cream and meats.
